White-label: client pages without the OneLink name
Take the OneLink name off the pages you run for clients, their share cards, the emails they send and the sign-in page on your own domain.
White-label comes with Enterprise. It covers every page your account owns. Invoices to your clients aren't part of it: bill them the way you do now.
Switch it on
Step 1: Open Pages & team and scroll to White-label.
Step 2: Turn on Hide the OneLink name on every page I own.
Step 3: Type a Sender name on emails, such as your studio's name. Leave it empty to use each page's own name.
Step 4: Type a Support email. Replies to your pages' emails go there, and your sign-in page shows it.
Step 5: Click Save.
What changes
Step 1: Your pages lose the Create yours with onelinkin.bio line at the bottom, and the verified check just says Verified.
Step 2: The picture shown when a page is shared shows the page's own domain, or no address, instead of onelinkin.bio. Open the page's Grid once and the card is drawn again.
Step 3: Emails your pages send to visitors come from your sender name with no OneLink footer: booking and RSVP emails, receipts, tickets and downloads, sign-in links, team invitations and emails to subscribers. Where a page has its own domain, the links in them use it.
Your sign-in page
Step 1: Give a page its own domain first, under Design, in Your own domain.
Step 2: Back under White-label, type the Name on your sign-in page and click Add a sign-in logo to pick a PNG, JPG or WebP under 512 KB. Click Save.
Step 3: Send your clients to your domain with /dashboard on the end, such as links.yourstudio.com/dashboard. They see your name and logo, and sign in with their email and password, or your company sign-in.
