Add links from an Android phone

   Step 1: Open your dashboard in Chrome on your phone. Tap the menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

   Step 2: In any app, tap Share on a post or a story and pick OneLink.

   Step 3: On Add a link, pick the page, check the caption and tap Continue. The Grid opens with the link filled in. Tap Add tile.

Add links from an iPhone with a Shortcut

   Step 1: Apps on the iPhone Home Screen don't show up when you share, so make a Shortcut once.

   Step 2: Open API & assistants, create an API key that can change your pages, and copy it. Scroll to Add links from your phone for the address to use.

   Step 3: In the Shortcuts app, make a Shortcut called Add to OneLink. Turn on Show in Share Sheet for URLs and Safari web pages.

   Step 4: Add Get Contents of URL with the address from the dashboard. Set Method to POST, add an Authorization header of Bearer, a space and your key, and a JSON Request Body with a Text field named url set to Shortcut Input.

   Step 5: Now tap Share on any post and pick Add to OneLink. The tile gets the post's picture and headline.

Add the page you're on from a computer

   Step 1: Open API & assistants and scroll to Add links from your phone.

   Step 2: Drag Add to OneLink to your browser's bookmarks bar.

   Step 3: On any web page, click the bookmark. Add a link opens with that page filled in.

Make a copy of a pagePro, $5 a month

   Step 1: Open Pages & team. Next to the page under Your pages, click Make a copy.

   Step 2: Check the Address for the copy. It starts as your address with _copy on the end. Change the Name if you like.

   Step 3: Click Make the copy. You're editing the copy straight away.

   Step 4: The copy brings the design, settings, tiles and their pictures, folders, sections, forms and gates, feeds, events and booking setup. It starts without subscribers, messages, orders, products, tile tests, short links, QR codes or a team.

   Step 1: Open Pages & team and pick the page. Scroll to Sign-in links.

   Step 2: Type Who it's for (optional), then click Create a sign-in link. Copy the link and send it to them. We only show it once.

   Step 3: They open it, enter their email and tap the sign-in link we email them. They're on the page as an Editor, with no password to set.

   Step 4: Each link works once and lasts 7 days. The list shows who used each one. Click Turn off to stop a link nobody has used yet.

Show your page in other languagesPro, $5 a month

   Step 1: Open Design and click Languages in the bar at the top.

   Step 2: Under Your page in other languages, pick a language in Add a language and click Add.

   Step 3: Type your name, intro, section names and captions in that language. Leave a box empty to show your own words there. Or click Translate for me to fill every box, then read it through.

   Step 4: Click the Save button under the boxes, then turn the language's switch on. It then reads On the page.

   Step 5: Your page in that language is at onelinkin.bio/yourname/fr (or de, es and so on), and your page shows a small language switcher at the bottom. Search engines are told about each language.
