Pages, team and your own domain

Add another pagePro, $5 a month

   Step 1: Open Pages & team.

   Step 2: Under Your pages, type an Address and a Name. Click New page.

   Step 3: To switch pages, use the page picker at the top of the side menu, or click a page under Your pages.

Delete a pagePro, $5 a month

   Step 1: Open Pages & team. Next to the page under Your pages, click Delete. Or pick the page and scroll to Delete this page.

   Step 2: Read the warning. It shows what goes with the page, such as its tiles, email sign-ups and upcoming bookings.

   Step 3: To keep its email sign-ups, export them from Subscribers first.

   Step 4: Type the page's address to confirm, then click Delete page for good. It can't be undone, and anyone can then claim the address.

   Step 5: Only the page's owner can delete it. Your account's main page goes only when you close your account.

Invite your team

   Step 1: Pick the page in Pages & team.

   Step 2: Under Team on this page, type an email in Invite someone. Pick a Role and click Send invitation.

   Step 3: We email the invitation. Whoever opens the link while signed in joins the page.

   Step 4: On Publisher, everyone you invite is an Editor. Editors can change everything on the page. Only the owner adds or removes people and handles billing.

Use your own domain

   Step 1: Open Design and scroll to Your own domain.

   Step 2: Type the Domain you want, such as links.yourpaper.com. It must be a subdomain, so your main site stays where it is.

   Step 3: Where you manage your domain, add an A record for the subdomain with the value shown.

   Step 4: We turn on HTTPS, usually within one business day. The box says Pending until your domain is Live.

Newsroom roles and approvalsNewsroom, $99 a month

   Step 1: When you invite someone, pick Admin, Editor, Contributor or Viewer.

   Step 2: Admins run the page and its team, but can't see billing. Editors change everything and approve contributors. Contributors add and edit tiles. Viewers see the dashboard and insights, and change nothing.

   Step 3: When a contributor adds or edits a tile, it waits for approval. The Grid shows how many changes are waiting.

   Step 4: Open Approvals and click Approve or Turn down.
