The link-in-bio tool for writers, publishers, and creative people.

One link for every story or post you publish.

Instagram, TikTok and Threads leave room for only a few links. OneLink turns yours into a page of everything you publish, each piece with its picture and headline, so followers go straight to the one they came for. On Pro, connect your site and new stories add themselves, so you set your bio link once.

The problem with "link in bio"

Your bio has room for a few links. You've published a hundred stories.

When "link in bio" goes to your homepage, someone who wanted the story you just posted has to hunt for it.

How it works

Set it up once and it keeps itself up to date.

Think of it as the front page of your own paper. Add your work, add the rest of what you do, and see what people read. You can try each step on the demo page.

1. Add your work

Paste a link and get a tile with its picture and headline.

Add a newspaper story, a magazine feature, a Substack or Beehiiv issue, a YouTube video, an Instagram post, or a product in your shop. There's nothing to crop, resize or retype. Connect your site and every new story shows up on its own.

  • Works with newspaper and magazine sites, Substack, Beehiiv, Medium, WordPress, YouTube, Shopify and e-commerce stores.
  • Group tiles under headings, like Reviews, This week or Prints.
  • Pin a tile, schedule one for later, add a price, or mark a piece Sold.

2. Add the rest of what you do

Sell, take bookings and collect emails from the same page.

Your shop, a booking calendar, an email sign-up, a message box, and one-tap buttons for WhatsApp, Telegram, a call or a text all sit behind the same link. Add an event and the page counts down to it and takes sign-ups. You don't need a separate tool for each.

  • "Save my contact" puts your details straight into their phone.
  • Each part is a switch. Turn on the ones you use.
  • A QR code for flyers, packaging and the shop window.

3. See what people read

Find out which posts bring people in, and make more of those.

Views, taps and tap rate for every tile and button, where each tap came from, and whether it was a phone or a computer. Give each place you post its own link and you can tell Instagram from TikTok from your newsletter. On Pro your numbers go back to your first day, and we never delete them.

  • Your top tiles, ranked by taps.
  • Where people came from and what they used, like Instagram on a phone.
  • Your subscriber count next to your taps.

The numbers on the demo page are examples.

Recommendations

Grow your list with the pages you recommend.

Recommend up to six OneLink pages you like. When someone joins your email list, they can join theirs in one tap, without typing their email again. When those pages recommend you, their new subscribers can join yours.

  • The kind of Recommendations network newsletter writers know from Substack and Beehiiv, built into your link in bio.
  • Nothing is ticked for the reader. They choose every list they join.
  • Insights counts the subscribers you send each other, page by page.

Questions people ask

Before you start.

Do I have to give OneLink my Instagram login?

No. When you paste a public post, we read the picture and headline the page already shares with the world, the same thing you see when a link is pasted into a message. Your account, your password and your followers are never touched.

Can I move my Linktree, Beacons or Lnk.Bio page across?

Yes. Go to Import in the dashboard, paste the address of your old page, and everything comes over: your name, bio, picture, social links and every link. Links keep the shape they had, so a banner stays a banner.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your page stays up and nothing is deleted. The paid parts pause: feeds stop pulling, insights show the last fourteen days again, and the OneLink mention comes back. Upgrade later and everything is still there, including the months of insights from before.

Does it work with Substack, Beehiiv or WordPress?

Yes. Connect your Substack, Beehiiv, Medium or WordPress feed, your YouTube channel, or any newspaper or magazine site, and every new story adds itself as a tile with its picture and headline. A new post shows up as soon as someone opens your page after you publish.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it has no time limit. One page, unlimited tiles, all thirty-eight designs, banner and contact buttons, a QR code, and your last fourteen days of insights. Pro is $5 a month or $48 a year.
