Plans and billing

Questions about paying.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it doesn’t time out. One page, unlimited tiles, all twenty-eight designs, banner and contact buttons, a QR code, and fourteen days of insights. Pro is $5 a month or $48 a year.

What is Founding?

Pay $49 once and you’re on Pro for good. No renewal, no card on file. Open to the first 500 people who join.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your page stays up. Nothing gets deleted. Paid bits pause: feeds stop pulling, insights go back to fourteen days, and the OneLink mention comes back. Upgrade later and everything’s still there, including the months of insights from before.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Open Plan & billing and manage it there. You keep what you paid for until the period ends, then the page carries on on Free.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, on Publisher and Newsroom. Choose invoice on Plan & billing and we’ll email one with thirty days to pay. Your plan starts right away. Enterprise is invoiced yearly; we can work with a purchase order.

Do nonprofits get a discount?

Yes. Registered charities and nonprofits get 50% off Pro and Publisher. Apply from Plan & billing. We usually reply within two working days. More about the nonprofit rate.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Publisher, Newsroom and Enterprise. Most publishers use something like links.yourpaper.com. You add one record at your domain provider; we handle the certificate.

What's the difference between Publisher, Newsroom and Enterprise?

Publisher is a small team, up to ten pages, and everyone on it can edit. Newsroom is up to fifty pages and a bigger team: roles, contributor approvals, a change log, and a brand you can lock. Enterprise adds company sign-in, CRM connections, sponsor packages and the paperwork, for as many pages as you need.
