Accessibility statement.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard public bodies in the US and the EU are held to, on public pages and in the dashboard.

What we do today

• Pages are built from standard HTML links, buttons and headings.
• Every post picture carries its caption as its text description.
• Pages are made for phones first and reflow on any screen size.
• Our video tutorials have captions on screen.

What we know isn't there yet

• We haven't had an independent accessibility audit. It's planned, and we'll publish what it finds and what we fix.
• Some designs and custom background colors may not give enough contrast between text and background. Page owners choose their design, so if you run a page, check that your text is easy to read.
• Pictures pulled in from feeds are described by the story's headline, not a written description of the picture.
• We haven't yet tested every part of the dashboard with a keyboard alone and screen readers.
