What OneLink is

OneLink, at onelinkin.bio, is a service from Noettic Labs that gives you a page for the link in your bio: tiles from links you paste, stories from feeds you connect, buttons, events, sign-up lists and insights. Some features are free and some need a paid plan.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 and give us a working email address. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your login is your responsibility. One person can have several pages on the plans that allow it, and can invite team members to a page. You're responsible for what your team members do on your pages.

Your content

What you put on your page is yours. By publishing it on OneLink you give us permission to store it, show it to people who visit your page, and make copies as needed to run the service, such as resized pictures. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account. When you paste a link, we fetch that page's public picture and headline on your behalf; you're responsible for having the right to show them.

What you can't do with it

• Post anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Pretend to be someone you're not, or run a page for someone without their say-so.
• Use a page for spam, scams, malware or phishing.
• Send unsolicited email to the lists you collect. Laws about that apply to you, not us.
• Try to break into the service, scrape other people's pages in bulk, or overload it on purpose.

If a page breaks these rules we can take it down, and in serious cases close the account, without a refund.

Plans and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing section of the home page. Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Billing in your dashboard; the plan then runs to the end of the period you've paid for. The Founding plan is a single payment with no renewal. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.

If a charge was a mistake, or the service didn't do what this site says it does, write to us within fourteen days of the charge and we'll refund it.

When a paid plan ends, your page stays up and nothing is deleted. Paid features pause until you upgrade again.

Your own domain

On plans that include it, you can serve a page from a domain you own. You're responsible for owning that domain and for the records at your provider. We handle the certificate.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep OneLink up and your data safe, and we back it up. But it's provided as it is: we can't promise it will never go down or never have a bug, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses from using it. If we're ever liable to you for something, the most we owe is what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Ending things

You can close your account whenever you like by writing to us; we delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We can close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut OneLink down, we'll give account holders at least sixty days' notice and a way to export their lists.

Changes and the law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. This version is dated September 18, 2026.
