About this tool
An email signature is the few lines under your name at the end of every email. Fill in what you want people to see, and copy the signature with one button. It’s built as a simple table with the styles written in, which is what Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail handle best.
In Gmail, paste it under Settings, then Signature. In Outlook, under Settings, then Signatures. In Apple Mail, under Settings, then Signatures. A photo has to be a picture that’s already online, since emails can’t carry one from your computer. Your link in bio is a good last line: one address for everything you do.
