Send sign-ups to Mailchimp
Connect your Mailchimp account and every sign-up from your page joins your audience, with the tags and groups you pick.
Turn on the sign-up box
Step 1: Open Subscribers and turn on the switch next to Sign-up box.
Step 2: Fill in the Heading, the Short line underneath and the Button text, then click Save sign-up box.
Connect Mailchimp
Step 1: Under Where sign-ups go, choose Mailchimp.
Step 2: Click Sign in with Mailchimp. Sign in on Mailchimp's page, then click Allow. You come back to Subscribers.
Step 3: Under Audience, pick the list your sign-ups should join.
Step 4: Under Tags for every sign-up from this page, turn on the tags you want. To make a new one, type it and click Add. Mailchimp creates it with the first sign-up.
Step 5: If your audience has groups, tick the ones every sign-up should join under Groups.
Step 6: Leave Send Mailchimp's confirmation email first on, so new subscribers confirm their address before they join.
Step 7: Click Send sign-ups to Mailchimp. You see a line saying which audience and tags your sign-ups go to.
Check it works
Step 1: Open your page and sign up with an email address of your own.
Step 2: In Mailchimp, search for that address. It shows as Pending until you click the confirmation email, then Subscribed with your tags.
Step 3: A copy of every sign-up also stays under Subscribers in OneLink.
Several pages, one audience
Step 1: Each page connects on its own. Switch to the next page and repeat Connect Mailchimp, signing in with the same account.
Step 2: Give each page its own tag, so you can tell in Mailchimp which page every subscriber came from.
