Connect with Stripe

   Step 1: Open Sell.

   Step 2: Under Get paid on your page, click Connect with Stripe.

   Step 3: Stripe opens. Fill in your details and the bank account your money goes to, then go back to OneLink.

   Step 4: The card says Stripe is checking your details for a few minutes, then You can take payments. Click Check again to look sooner.

   Step 5: To see payouts or change your bank account later, click Open Stripe.

Downloads, tips, tickets and paid bookings

   Step 1: Under What you sell, pick Download, Tip, Ticket, Paid booking or Paid link.

   Step 2: Give it a Name and, if you like, A line about it (optional) and a picture with Add a picture (optional).

   Step 3: For a download, click Upload a file. Each buyer gets their own link by email. It works five times over 30 days.

   Step 4: For tickets, pick the Event and set Tickets for sale, or leave it empty for no limit. Each buyer gets a ticket with a QR code.

   Step 5: For a paid booking, pick the Kind of call. It uses your hours from Bookings, so turn on the OneLink calendar there first. See Take bookings, and add events with RSVPs.

   Step 6: For a paid link, paste The link they get. Buyers get it by email and on the thank-you page, never on your page.

   Step 7: Set the Price, or turn on Let people pick what to pay and fill in Amounts to suggest. Tips do this on their own: 3, 5 and 10.

   Step 8: Click Save, then Put it on your page. It's at the top of your Grid, where you can move it like any tile.

Orders and refunds

   Step 1: Every sale is under Orders on the Sell screen: who bought what, the amount and OneLink's fee. You get an email for each one too.

   Step 2: To give someone their money back, click Refund on their order. They get all of it back, and tickets go back on sale.

   Step 3: Click Export CSV to download your orders.

Checking people in at the door

1. 1

   Step 1: Open the ticket's QR code with your phone's camera and sign in to OneLink.

2. 2

   Step 2: You see the buyer's name, the event and how many people. Click Checked in.

   Step 3: Anyone on your page's team can check people in.
