Text, FAQs, countdowns and more
Add text, headings, questions, testimonials, a resume, a countdown, files and pictures between your tiles, and an announcement on top.
Every block works on Free. Scheduling an announcement, an end time for Send everyone to one link, and files over 10 MB need Pro.
Add a block
Step 1: Open Grid and click Add a block under Add a post or a story.
Step 2: Pick a card, or narrow them with Popular, Share, Show my work, Tell my story, Connect, Build trust or Organise. The search box knows other words too: CV finds Resume, tip finds Social row: donate.
Step 3: Paste into the search box to skip a step. An email address becomes a button that starts an email to you. A link to a song, a video or a story fills in Post or story link with its picture and headline. A link to a PDF or a picture offers Add as a file to download.
Step 4: The block goes to the end of your list with its editor open. Fill it in and click Save. Click Edit on the block any time to change it.
Step 5: Move, pin, hide, schedule, lock behind a gate and put blocks in folders like any tile. See Add tiles from any link, and show sections as tabs.
Text and headings
Step 1: In a Text block, type in the box. The buttons add a heading, bold, italic, a list or a link. Leave a blank line between paragraphs.
Step 2: A Heading shows the words in the box at the top of the block. Pick With a line, Words only or Empty space, and a size. With a line and no words, it's a plain divider.
Step 3: Scrolling text slides a line across your page. Turn on Ribbon for a tilted strip in your accent color.
Lists: FAQ, testimonials, resume, timeline
Step 1: In an FAQ, Testimonials, Resume or Timeline block, click Add a question, Add a testimonial, Add a role or Add a step.
Step 2: Use the arrows to reorder and the bin to remove one. Click Save when the list is right.
Step 3: A testimonial can have a picture: click Add a picture. In a resume, tick I work here now and it reads to Present.
Step 4: In a timeline, pick Numbers or Dots, and tick Highlight this step to fill one step with your accent color.
Countdown and scrolling text
Step 1: In a Countdown, set Counts down to and a Headline. Visitors see days, hours, minutes and seconds in their own time zone.
Step 2: Add a Button label and Button link if you like.
Step 3: Under At zero, pick Show a message, Hide the countdown or Show another tile. A tile picked under Tile to show stays off your page until the countdown ends.
Files and pictures
Step 1: In a File block, click Upload a file. Visitors tap it to download. Free takes files up to 10 MB and 100 MB in all; Pro takes 50 MB a file and 2 GB in all.
Step 2: In a Picture block, click Upload a picture. It keeps its own shape. Turn on Edge to edge to drop the frame, and Open full screen when tapped.
Step 3: A Social row puts your profiles anywhere on your page as icons. The Social row: donate card starts with PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee and Patreon.
Thumbnails and animations
Step 1: On a banner tile, or a tile with no picture, open Thumbnail and pick Picture, Emoji or Icon.
Step 2: On any tile, pick an Animation: Bounce, Pulse, Shake, Wobble, Glow, Slide or Tilt. It moves gently every few seconds, and stays still for visitors who turn motion off.
Step 3: Tick Show a goal bar and set a Goal. A thin bar under the tile shows how many taps it has, like 123 of 500 taps.
Announcements
Step 1: Open Design and scroll to Announcement.
Step 2: Pick Banner, Popup or Card. Add a Title, a line or two and a picture if you like.
Step 3: Under What visitors can do, pick Tap a button or Fill in a form.
Step 4: On Pro, set Show from and Hide after. Pick colors under Background and Text.
Step 5: Switch it on and click Save announcement. Each save shows it again to visitors who closed it. The Performance line counts how many saw it, tapped it and closed it.
Send everyone to one link
Step 1: Open Design and scroll to Send everyone to one link.
Step 2: Paste the Link, such as a live stream. On Pro, set Until so it stops on its own.
Step 3: Click Turn on. Anyone who opens your page goes straight there. Your dashboard preview still shows your page, and the top of your dashboard says where visitors are going.
Step 4: Click Turn off to bring your page back.
