# OneLink (onelinkin.bio) > OneLink is a link-in-bio page for people who publish: creators, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, photographers, artists, makers, nonprofits and the agencies that run pages for them. Paste any link and the picture and headline come with it. Connect a site, feed or shop and new stories and products add themselves. Put one address in your bio and every post has somewhere to go. Made by Noettic Labs. Website: https://onelinkin.bio. Example page: https://onelinkin.bio/photo. Support: support@onelinkin.bio (replies within 24 hours). Everything on the site, including a transcript of every tutorial and every written guide, is in one file: [llms-full.txt](https://onelinkin.bio/llms-full.txt). You may quote, summarize and write about OneLink from these pages. ## What it does - Turns any link into a tile with the page's own picture and headline: a newspaper story, a magazine feature, a Substack or Beehiiv issue, a YouTube video, an Instagram post, a product in a shop. - Connects a newspaper or magazine site, Substack, Beehiiv, Medium, WordPress or YouTube feed so every new story adds itself, and can file each story under its own section. A new post appears as soon as someone opens the page after it is published. - Connects a Shopify or WooCommerce shop so every product shows up with its photo and price and links to its product page. Sold-out products get a Sold label, and deleted ones come off the page. - Groups tiles under sections, shown as stacked headings or a tab bar, with a link straight to any tab. - Puts tiles in folders that open when tapped, in editor-only groups, or in rows that slide sideways (standard or small tiles). Folders can sit inside folders. On every plan. - A button among the tiles that opens another section of the page (or its tab), a search box so visitors can find a tile by title, section, folder, writer or price, and a Tight, Normal or Roomy setting for the space between tiles. On every plan. - Blocks on every plan, placed among the tiles like any tile: text with headings, lists and links; headings, dividers and space; FAQs that open to show the answer; testimonials with a name, role and picture; a large quote; a resume of roles and dates; a timeline of steps; a countdown to a launch or event that can show another tile at zero; a line of scrolling text; a file to download (Free: 10 MB a file and 100 MB a page; Pro: 50 MB and 2 GB); a picture at its own shape that opens full screen; and a row of social icons, with a donate version for PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee and Patreon. Pasting an email address, a song or video link, or a PDF into Add a block does the right thing on its own. - Tile extras on every plan: an emoji or one of sixty icons in place of a picture, a gentle animation (bounce, pulse, shake, wobble, glow, slide, tilt) that stays still for visitors who turn motion off, and a goal bar under a tile ("123 of 500 taps"). - An announcement on every plan: a banner across the top, a popup on the first visit or a card in the corner, with a picture, a button or a form, and counts of how many saw, tapped and closed it; dates on Pro. And Send everyone to one link: for a launch or a live stream, every visitor goes straight to one address until it's turned off (or, on Pro, until a set time). - Forms on every plan: a contact form, newsletter sign-up, event RSVP, feedback form, booking request or the owner's own fields (short and long answers, email, phone, address, dropdown, tick box, 1 to 5 rating, date, number, link), shown among the tiles or on a page of its own at onelinkin.bio/you/form/. Each response is kept and can be emailed to the owner; on Pro the email can go on the subscriber list and responses export as CSV. - Gates on every plan: lock a tile, a folder or a whole section behind a code, an email address, a tap to agree (an age check) or the owner's own fields. Locked links are kept on the server until a visitor gets through, and one pass opens everything behind that gate for 12 hours. - Audience: one list of everyone who signed up, sent a message, RSVPed or filled in a form, with filters, search and CSV export (Pro). - Thirty-eight designs, each with its own layout and typeface, seven of them the classic link page, and two made for musicians (Encore) and podcasters (On Air) that put the newest release or episode at the top with a play button; any background color, or your own photograph behind the page. - Make any design your own, on every plan: a font for titles and one for text (thirty-four choices, filtered by sans, serif, display and mono, plus twelve one-click pairings); eight colours (page text, blocks and their text, labels and their text, buttons and their text, borders); a background of one colour, a gradient, two halves, three colours slowly moving (still for visitors who ask for less motion) or a picture with a wash over it, plus a colour around the page on wide screens; blocks that are flat, concave, convex, inset or glass, with their own corners, border and shadow; four header layouts (classic, banner, business, headshot); the profile picture's size, shadow and border; a folding bio; social icons under the bio or at the bottom. One tile can have its own colours and shape. Undo and Redo cover the last thirty changes. - The page in thirty languages: the built-in words (search, buttons, Sold, Members only, the countdown) follow the page's language, which also sets ; Arabic and Hebrew read right to left. A logo can sit above the badge at the foot of the page. - A media gallery of every picture on the page, ready to reuse for tiles, the cover or the profile picture, and a mock-up of the page in a phone to download (twice the size, without the badge, on Pro). Pictures made with AI from a sentence (Pro, where switched on). - A cover photo across the top of any design, with the profile picture on its bottom edge: centered or on the left, circle or rounded square, short or tall, with a control for which part of the photo shows. The cover is also the picture shown when the page is shared. - Starter templates for a musician or DJ, a podcaster, a gallery or art fair, a newsletter, a newspaper or magazine, a shop, a consultant or coach, a speaker, a B2B founder and a job seeker: one tap sets the design, the cover and the layout, then lists what to add next. Existing tiles and links are not changed. - Book a call: OneLink's own calendar (Pro) with call types, weekly hours, buffers and time zones, emails with calendar invites and guest cancel links; or embed Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Acuity or TidyCal on any plan. - Music, podcasts and video that play on the page: Spotify, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, YouTube, Vimeo and Mixcloud links open the service's own player without leaving the page; a podcast's RSS feed (or its Apple Podcasts link) adds each new episode as a tile with its artwork, played in a small player with speed and skip buttons. The owner chooses per tile whether a tap plays on the page or opens the app, and plays are counted in Insights. - Events and exhibitions (Pro): exhibitions have opening and closing dates and show "On now" while open; any event can have a picture and an end time. RSVPs: visitors tap "I'm going", can bring guests if the owner allows, and join a waitlist when it's full; the next person on the waitlist gets any spot that opens. Guests get a confirmation with a calendar invite, a reminder the day before, and a link to cancel; the owner gets an email for each RSVP and can export the list. an email sign-up box that can sign readers up to the owner's Substack, Beehiiv, Kit or Mailchimp list right on the page (Ghost, Medium and Constant Contact get a Subscribe button); a message box with an inbox; CSV export; one-tap WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, call and text buttons; a "Save my contact" card. - Directory (every plan): pages that choose to be listed appear at onelinkin.bio/directory under one of the fourteen kinds of page, verified pages first, with their name, intro and photo; other pages use it to find pages to recommend. - Recommendations: recommend up to six OneLink pages you like. When someone joins your email list, they can tick any of those pages and join their lists in one tap, and pages that recommend you send you subscribers the same way. It works with OneLink, Kit and Mailchimp lists; a page that uses Substack's or Beehiiv's own form shows as a link. Insights counts the subscribers and visitors pages send each other. Pages that aren't on OneLink (a Substack, a website) can be recommended as plain links; the invite link (onelinkin.bio/i/yourname) recommends someone automatically once they make a page, and an outside recommendation switches over to their new OneLink page. - LinkedIn carousels (Pro): any story tile becomes a PDF of 1080×1350 pages to post on LinkedIn as a document: a cover with the story's picture, headline and the page's name, up to three pages of the story's opening lines, and a last page with the page's LinkedIn address (onelinkin.bio/you/li), so visits from it count as LinkedIn in Insights. It is made in the browser from the Grid. - Insights: views, taps and tap rate for every tile and button, referrers, countries and devices, how many people are on the page right now, any date range (7, 30 or 90 days, this month, last month or custom dates), a link for each place you post (like onelinkin.bio/you/ig), monthly totals since day one, never deleted, and a weekly or monthly summary email (on Publisher and above, also sent to editors or clients). - QR codes you can repoint: print a code once and change where it goes whenever you like, without reprinting. Each code counts its scans, with a chart by day. Square, rounded or dot styles, round corners, the page's own colours in one click, a margin, and the page photo or a logo in the middle; download as SVG or PNG. Free includes 3 a page; Pro and up as many as they like. - Short links that count their clicks: onelinkin.bio/s/ plus a random or chosen ending, to the page, a tile, a section or any address, with optional UTM campaign tags, and repointable later. Free includes 10 a page; Pro and up as many as they like. - How the page looks when shared (Pro): the owner's own title, description and picture for link previews in Messages, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn and Slack. A verified badge on every plan: ask from Design, OneLink checks by hand, and approved pages show a check next to the name. A field for Pinterest's site verification code, to claim the page on Pinterest. - Page health: a score out of 100 at the top of the Grid, with what to fix and a link to fix each one: links that don't open (checked at most once a day), sample text left in, a missing photo or intro, untitled or repeated tiles, sections with one tile, no social links or sign-up box. Twelve small milestones, such as the first tile, 100 taps and a week of taps. - A command menu in the dashboard (Cmd or Ctrl + K): jump to any screen, add a tile, make a folder, switch page, view the page or copy its link. - Analytics on the page (Pro and above): the owner's own Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, with a consent banner for visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland; outgoing links can carry tracking tags whose utm_source names the platform the visitor came from. - Imports an existing Linktree, Beacons or Lnk.Bio page, keeping each link's shape. Or starts from an Instagram profile (photo, name, bio and the latest nine posts as tiles) or a website (its name, description, icon and its menu as buttons), showing what will be added first and never replacing an existing photo or bio unless asked. Instagram often refuses requests from servers; when it does, the screen says so. - Publishers and agencies get up to ten pages under one account, team logins, and their own domain: a subdomain such as links.yourpaper.com (an A record to 185.158.133.1 plus one TXT record) or a root domain such as yourname.com (A records for @ and www, plus a TXT record for each). HTTPS is free and automatic; www visitors go on to the root domain. A page owned on another OneLink account can be brought in: that account confirms by email, signed in, and stays on the page's team; a page that sells through Stripe, or the only page on a paid plan, can't move. - Publishing tools: stories marked Free to read or Subscribers (read from the isAccessibleForFree flag a site publishes, set by a rule for each feed, or set by hand), gift links that open a subscriber story free, a red Live banner for live blogs that comes down three hours after the blog stops updating, and share buttons for WhatsApp, Messages, Messenger, LinkedIn and email (Pro). A card for readers who tap a subscriber story from Instagram or TikTok: open it signed in, in the phone's browser or the publisher's app, register free, or subscribe; and an offer card near the top of the page (Publisher). A different offer for each platform with two headlines to test, and a page for each journalist filled from the bylines in the feed (Newsroom). Checkout stays with the publisher's own paywall provider. - Newsroom (for bigger teams): up to fifty pages in folders, admin, editor, contributor and viewer roles, contributors' tiles waiting for an editor's approval, an activity log, a locked brand across every page, one story posted to many pages at once, feed rules by keyword or category, Slack, Microsoft Teams and webhook alerts, a weekly CSV export, and Adobe Analytics, Chartbeat and Parse.ly. - Enterprise (for large organizations): company sign-in through a SAML identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace), sign-ups sent to Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Sailthru or Piano, sponsor packages across several pages with one report, and a data processing agreement, invoices and purchase orders. - White-label (Enterprise, for agencies): one switch takes the OneLink name off every page the account owns (the "Create yours" line), off the picture shown when a page is shared (it shows the page's own domain instead of onelinkin.bio), out of the emails those pages send to visitors (bookings, RSVPs, receipts, tickets, sign-in links, team invitations and emails to subscribers come from the agency's sender name, with replies to its support email), and off the sign-in page reached through the account's own domain (its name and logo instead). Emails still leave from a onelinkin.bio address, the dashboard after sign-in still says OneLink, and invoices to the agency's clients aren't part of it. - Selling (Pro, coming soon: it turns on once OneLink's Stripe account is ready): downloads, tips, tickets for an event, paid calls and paid links, bought on the page through Stripe Checkout. The money goes to the creator's own Stripe account (Stripe Connect Express); fees are Stripe's fee plus 5% to OneLink. Buyers get a download link that works five times over 30 days, a ticket with a QR code the organiser scans at the door, a booked call with a calendar invite, or the paid link, by email and on a thank-you page. Products behind a gate stay hidden until a visitor gets through. Orders, refunds and CSV export are on the Sell screen. - Email your subscribers (Pro): write an email in the dashboard with text, tiles from the page and a button, preview it, send a test, and send it to the page's list, with an unsubscribe link and open and click counts. Pro sends four a month to up to 5,000 subscribers; Publisher and up have no limit. - Your audience (Pro): one list of everyone who signed up, wrote, RSVPd, filled in a form, opened a gate, bought or booked, with tags and notes on each person, saved segments (by tag, how they got in touch, dates, sent a message, bought), a CSV of each segment, and an email to one segment. Tags are copied to Mailchimp, and to the CRM on Enterprise. - Subscribers-only gates (Pro): a tile, folder or section opens for visitors whose email is on the page's list: OneLink's own list (a Substack subscriber export can be imported, since Substack has no API), the connected Mailchimp audience, or Kit with an API key. Anyone else sees a Subscribe link. - Tile tests (Pro): a second title, picture or link for a tile, shown to half the visitors, with taps and tap rate for each version in Insights and a button to keep the winner. - AI helpers (Pro): three intro options from the page's name, tiles and social links; tiles suggested from a pasted newsletter issue or an article's link (only links that are in it), ticked and added in one go; the one tile to pin this week, with a reason, from the last 14 days; a caption made shorter, clearer or into a question; and an optional plain-English note with one suggested action at the top of the summary email. 60 a page a day. Only the page's own content and added-up numbers are sent; subscribers' emails, messages, form replies and orders never are. - Add from your phone (every plan): install the dashboard from Chrome on Android and share any post to OneLink; on iPhone, a Shortcut (made once in the Shortcuts app with an API key) adds the shared link straight to the page; on a computer, a bookmarklet opens the add screen for the page you're on. - Copies and sign-in links: make a copy of a page with its design, tiles and pictures, folders, sections, forms and gates, feeds, events and booking setup, but no subscribers, messages, orders, products, tests, short links or QR codes (it counts toward the plan's pages). On Publisher and above, a sign-in link adds a client or freelancer to one page as an Editor: they enter their email and sign in from the email, with no password; one use, 7 days, can be turned off, and the list shows who used it. - Other languages (Pro): the page's name, intro, section names and captions in any of thirty languages, at onelinkin.bio/you/fr and so on, with hreflang links for search engines and a small language switcher on the page. "Translate for me" fills them in where AI is switched on. - Link alerts (every plan): every link tile and feed is checked once a day; the owner gets one email the first time something stops working, and the Grid lists the broken tiles. Newsroom alerts also post to Slack, Teams or a webhook. - Instagram posts on the page (Pro): connect an Instagram account and each new post becomes a tile that opens the link in its caption, the matching story from the page's feeds, or the post itself, as the owner chooses. - Sponsors: sell a clearly labeled spot at the top of the page for set dates, with a private report link for the sponsor showing page views while it ran, taps and where visitors came from (every paid plan). - Invite friends: when someone you invite picks a paid plan, you get a free month (up to twelve a year). - No Instagram approval or login is needed: OneLink reads public posts only. - Assistants and an API on every plan: connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor to the MCP server at https://onelinkin.bio/api/mcp (sign-in with OAuth) and ask for changes in plain words, such as adding a link, putting tiles in a folder, adding an FAQ or a countdown, matching the page's fonts and colours to a brand, hiding tiles until a date, making a QR code or a short link, checking the page's health, reading subscribers, form replies, insights, products and orders, tagging people and saving segments, running a tile test, listing links that stopped working, asking the page's AI helpers for intro, tile or caption ideas, adding a translated copy of the page, making a copy of a page, or drafting an email to subscribers or one segment. Files are added by their address there; uploading from a computer is done in the dashboard. Or make an API key in the dashboard under API & assistants and use the REST API at https://onelinkin.bio/api/v1. Plan limits still apply. ## Pricing (US dollars) - Free: one page, all thirty-eight designs, banner and contact buttons, 3 QR codes and 10 short links, the verified badge, the last fourteen days of insights.
